Presently conducting Zoom mediations and arbitrations. In-person where the parties agree.
The arbitrator will conduct a hearing or mediation in person or by video-conference. Mr. Raymond is conducting matters via videoconference unless the parties can agree to an in-person hearing which can be held within a one hour commute of Toronto.
